ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Wednesday, June 24, 2026 from 6:00pm-6:45pm. The meeting will be held onsite in the SRS Centre- 3rd floor (1035- 7 Avenue SW)
To attend the Annual General Meeting, you must register by telephone in advance, as there are no drop-ins.
All attendees must be paid up members of the Society. 2026-2027 memberships are $3 and must be purchased prior to 5:00pm on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.
The meeting starts at 6:00pm and end at 6:45pm- please arrive at 5:45pm.
We ask that you help us to ensure a healthy environment, if you are unwell, please stay home.

STAMPEDE PARADE DAY
The Stampede Parade will take place on July 3, 2026. The SRS Centre (3rd floor) will not be open until 2:00pm. If we are not open at 2:00pm, we are stuck in traffic. We will open as soon as we are able.
The 4th floor will be closed July 1-3, 2026. They will re-open Monday, July 6, 2026.

Please note that intakes remain by appointment only. To book an intake appointment please call 403.266.8711 and ask to speak to the Intake Worker.
To protect the health of our clients and staff the following health guidelines are currently in effect:
- Anyone feeling unwell should stay home.
- Masks will be provided upon request.
- Capacity limits vary depending on program/activity.
- Virtual care options are available for people who would prefer their intake appointment, counselling, or programming virtually rather than attending on-site.
